SERVES: 2
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups plain oats
- 2 cups of plant milk or water
- 1 scoop (30g) chocolate protein powder
- 1 tsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp maple or rice malt syrup
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds (optional)
METHOD:
- Place oats in a saucepan with water on a medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Add chocolate protein powder, cacao, maple and hemp seeds cooking for another 2 mins.
- Divide into two bowls and top with a dash of plant milk to reach your desired consistency, fresh fruit and a drizzle of maple syrup
