Chocolate Protein Oats



  • 2 cups plain oats
  • 2 cups of plant milk or water
  • 1 scoop (30g) chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp cacao powder 
  • 2 tbsp maple or rice malt syrup
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds (optional)



  1. Place oats in a saucepan with water on a medium heat for 5 minutes.
  2. Add chocolate protein powder, cacao, maple and hemp seeds cooking for another 2 mins.
  3. Divide into two bowls and top with a dash of plant milk to reach your desired consistency, fresh fruit and a drizzle of maple syrup
