No-Bake Fudgy Chocolate Date Energy Bites 🍫✨

A healthy and indulgent snack made with Good.All Shine Ceremonial Cacao, dates, nuts, and peanut butter — the perfect energy booster!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Medjool dates (pitted)
  • 1 cup premium roasted unsalted mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts, Brazil nuts, and pistachios)
  • ½ cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
  • ¼ cup coconut oil (melted)
  • ¼ tsp Australian Pink Lake Salt
  • Optional: 1/4 tsp vanilla extract or powder
  • Optional: 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup Good.All Shine Ceremonial Cacao Flakes (melted)

Instructions:

  1. Blend Ingredients:
    In a food processor, combine the Medjool dates, premium roasted unsalted mixed nuts, peanut butter, maple syrup (or honey), coconut oil and pink salt.
  2. Melt the Cacao:
    Melt ½ cup of Good.All Shine Ceremonial Cacao Flakes and pour into the food processor. *Optional to add vanilla or cinnamon.
    Blend until the mixture is sticky, well combined, smooth, and fully incorporated.
  3. Press into Container:
    Press the mixture into a 21cm x 16cm container, spreading it evenly.
  4. Chill:
    Refrigerate for 3-4 hours to allow the mixture to firm up.
  5. Slice & Serve:
    Once firm, slice into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!
