For years, the chai served in cafes just wasn't living up to our chai-loving expectations. We believed that both customers and cafes deserved something better. What busy cafes needed was a solution that was delicious, consistent, and easy to use. That's when our Sticky Chai was created. Ideal for cafes, offices, and home brewing, Sticky Chai is the ultimate blend.

Packed with aromatic spices and sweetened with local honey, it offers both incredible flavour and health benefits. The use of local honey not only enhances the chai's natural sweetness but also provides the added advantage of locally sourced nutrients, supporting your immune system and overall well-being. It brews quickly and perfectly every time, whether using alternative brewing methods or traditional techniques.

Ingredients

Dandelion root, chicory root, cardamom, cinnamon, cassia bark & or quills, star anise, fennel seeds, ginger, nutmeg, coriander seed, cloves, turmeric", black peppercorn, bay leaf, pure vanilla bean, coconut sugar", raw local honey, Australian pink lake salt.
*Certified Organic. May also contain traces of other allergens due to possible cross-contamination.

Direction

Brewing is easy. Simply steep 2 heaped tbs (20g) of chai in 50ml of hot water for 60 seconds and add plant milk 300ml. Heat gently over stove and then use a small sieve to strain into mug size cup (12 Oz) Viola...the best chai you'll ever taste.

FOR CAFES
Steep 50ml boiling water and 2 heaped tosp (20g) of chai into a jug for 60 seconds.
Then add 300ml plant milk and stretch.
Pour through small sieve into 12 oz cup to strain and dust with cinnamon powder and serve.
