Macadamia Blondies


 Servings: 12 pieces

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 2 scoops of Good.All Vanilla Protein
  • 50g oat flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean powder
  • ½ cup of oat milk
  • ½ cup of white chocolate pieces
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 green apple grated
  • ½ cup crushed macadamias



  • Preheat oven to 170’c fan forced
  • Add all ingredients except the white chocolate pieces, apple and macadamias into a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth and combined, it should look like cookie dough
  • Fold through white chocolate, apple and macadamias.
  • Pour mixture into a lined baking dish
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown
  • Allow the blondies to completely cool and then cut into pieces
